Shipping Policy

All U.S.orders over $100 will receive free shipping.


For all orders under $100, June + Jo offers priority shipping via USPS based on the weight of your order.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Be on the lookout for tracking info, sent to your email, once the order has been shipped.

lost or stolen packages

Return & Exchange Policy

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. 

Shipments lost in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined that the original shipment cannot be delivered.

Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

  • We gladly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered products with tags attached for store credit only.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your order shows as delivered to your address.

  • Items received without tags, with damage/odor, visible signs of wear and tear, or washed will not be accepted for return or exchange! 

  • Shoe return: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. DO NOT tape on the original shoe box. Shoes returned that do not follow our return policy will NOT be refunded.

  • Items that are final sale/clearance, items bought with discount code of 20% off or more, smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. **These items will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.**

  • All returns are subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.

  • All FINAL SALE items (headwear, all jewelry, and bodysuits) are considered final sale. No exceptions, no exchanges.

Please allow up to 1-5 business days for your return to be processed after it has been marked delivered by the post office.
